These facilities ensure a seamless, comfortable, and professional experience for organizers, performers, and guests. 

IMPORTANT – STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE AUDITORIUM Please Note: Strict compliance with all the below-mentioned rules and conditions is mandatory. Failure to follow any of these conditions may result in the cancellation of your Auditorium booking. 

1. The auditorium will be made available 2 hours before the event for stage setup and decoration. 
2. In case of any unforeseen college program, you may be required to reschedule your event. 
3. The guest count must not exceed 650 /350 and extra chairs are not permitted inside the auditorium. 
4. Auditorium stage dimensions is (40 Feet width and 20 Feet depth)
5. Booking is subject to final approval by the management. 
6. Sofa sets or extra chairs are not permitted inside the auditorium. 
7. Only lights, light stands, platforms and speakers are permitted inside the auditorium.
8. Posters, stickers, and banner pasting are not allowed inside or outside the auditorium and inside campus. 
9. Strong adhesives, double-sided tape or glue not allowed 
10. Nailing on walls, Doors and stage are not allowed 
11. Mobile food trucks / Food stalls and gas cylinders are not allowed on campus.
12. No food or beverages not permitted (including soft drinks) inside the auditorium.
13. Cooking and vessel washing are not permitted on campus. 
14. Only stage decoration is permitted inside the auditorium. 
15. Decorations outside the auditorium, at the main office reception, and at the main gate are not permitted. 
16. CMRIT shall not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings, theft, or damage to vehicles parked within the campus premises. Vehicle owners are advised to take appropriate precautions and ensure the safety of their belongings 17. Car and two-wheeler parking inside the campus is limited during college working hours (Second and Fourth Saturdays) from 8 .00am to 4.30 pm. 
17. The auditorium will be only provided on weekdays for Rehearsal (Monday to Friday) after 4:30 PM onwards 
18. On the Second and Fourth Saturdays, the auditorium will be provided only after 4:30 PM onwards 
19. Guest and visitor cars/bikes are not permitted to park in front of the B Block main entrance 
20. If the auditorium is used beyond the booked hours, additional charges will apply.
21. Rehearsal is permitted for a maximum of 3 hours only, without A/C, sound system, and microphone 
22. Large orchestra speakers, monitors, heavy/large audio consoles, and any use of open flames or heavy flames are not permitted inside the Auditorium under any circumstances. 

Booking & Payment Policies 

1. 50% advance payment is required to block the date. 
2. Remaining 50% to be paid one week prior to the event. 
3. 100% payment is required to confirm rehearsal bookings. 
4. Diesel generator usage will be charged at ₹ 3,500/ hour + GST (100% advance required). 
5. Additional charges ₹2,500/. for garbage removal and cleaning (for use of ground floor outdoor space for serving food)
6. We provide 5 cordless mics (no stands) 
7. Bose centralized speakers with 2 stage monitors (no surround or mixer) 8. White and spotlights only (no color/par lights) 
8. No reminders will be sent regarding balance payments. Payments sent to an outdated account are subject to a bank refund charge.

Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling the Event Date 

Cancellation less than 30 days: 10% deduction from advance 

Cancellation within 29–15 days: 30% deduction 

Cancellation within 15 days: 50% deduction 

No refund for rehearsal cancellation 

Rescheduling the event date or requesting a refund will incur a bank processing fee of ₹1,000 to ₹1,500.
